12 Inch Natural Bamboo Pizza Peel

It what I expected. I wish the handle was a little less girthy and a little longer. Other than that, it’s a nice peel.

This peel works great for my Ooni 12 pizza oven. The price was great as well.

I bought this pizza peel to transfer and retrieve 12 pizzas from a Ninja Woodfire Outdoor oven. The 12 width is perfect for this oven, the length of the entire peel is 16, and the handle measured as shown is about 4. So, you would think this would leave 12 on the length of the paddle for a 12 pizza. This isn't the case since the paddle curves down from the paddle which would leave about 2 of the pizza hanging over the end of the paddle.This is a very nice wood paddle that would work for smaller items than an 12 pizza. Since it is bamboo, I suggest coating it with either a wood oil or mineral oil to keep it lubricated, protect the wood, and prevent cracking of the surface. In my experience, a wood peel works much better than a metal one. I have a metal pizza peel, and everything sticks to it. Since this is a good quality wood pizza peel, I would recommend it if it is a size that works for you. I decided to return it since it didn't meet my needs.I hope this review was helpful for you.
