Mooues Limited Warranty Policy

Thank you for choosing Mooues. We are committed to delivering quality home and kitchen products, including teakwood tableware, pizza peels, and ice ball molds. If any Mooues product is found to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal household use, we offer a limited one-year warranty from the date of purchase.

Warranty Coverage

Under this policy, Mooues will repair or replace eligible products at no charge if:

  • The defect results from materials or manufacturing faults

  • The product has been used under normal, non-commercial conditions

  • Care and cleaning instructions have been followed appropriately

  • A valid proof of purchase is provided

To request a warranty evaluation, please email shop@mooueshome.com with:

  1. A copy of your proof of purchase (e.g., receipt or order confirmation)

  2. A detailed description of the issue and supporting photos

  3. Your name, phone number, and shipping address

If the same product is unavailable, we will offer a replacement of equal or higher value. Replacement items may vary in color from the original.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not apply to the following situations:

  • Improper use, commercial use, abuse, or neglect

  • Damage from cleaning with abrasive tools or harsh chemicals (e.g., steel wool, bleach)

  • Surface issues such as scratches, dents, stains, discoloration, or minor cosmetic wear that do not affect functionality

  • Natural changes in wood texture, color, or minor cracking due to time, climate, or humidity

  • Damage caused by exposure to high heat, open flames, or other environmental hazards

  • Accidental drops or impacts

  • Partial damage to a product set – only defective components will be replaced

Additional Information

  • This warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

  • Mooues reserves the right to use refurbished or functionally equivalent replacements.

  • This warranty provides specific legal rights; you may have additional rights depending on your jurisdiction.

  • Products purchased secondhand or without proof of purchase are not eligible for warranty claims.
