Returns and Exchanges
To qualify for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and returned in its original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase, as it is required for all returns. Items marked as Final Sale or gift cards are not eligible for return or exchange. Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package. Unauthorized returns or items sent without our approval will not be accepted. Please ensure the item is securely packaged before returning.
Cancellations and Refunds
If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet entered the shipping process, please contact us as soon as possible at shop@mooueshome.com. Upon cancellation, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method. Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled but may be returned according to the Returns policy.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 14 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer. Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find any defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us at shop@mooueshome.com right away so we can address the issue promptly. Note that minor variations in color, size, texture, or finish may occur due to the handcrafted nature of our products and are not considered defects.
