Return Window
We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days after you receive your order. Final Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return.
Returns
Eligible items must be unused, unworn, with all original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging. Please keep your receipt or proof of purchase for all returns.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please ensure the item is securely packaged before returning.
How to Start a Return: Contact us at support@mooueshome.com to initiate a return. Unauthorized returns or items sent without approval will not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method, typically within 5 to 14 business days. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Cancellations
If your order has not yet entered the shipping process, you may cancel it by contacting support@mooueshome.com. Full refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Orders already shipped cannot be canceled but may be returned according to our Returns policy.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If you find defects, damages, or incorrect items, contact us at support@mooueshome.com right away. Minor variations in color, size, texture, or finish due to handcrafted products are not considered defects.
