Do You Ship to My Country?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping. Shipping availability and costs will be calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.



Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping:
    U.S. Orders: Estimated delivery in about 7 days.

  • International Shipping:
    Delivery times vary by destination; please allow 1–2 weeks for international orders.

  • Peak Seasons:
    During high-demand periods (e.g., Christmas, New Year’s Eve, Black Friday), delivery may take 6–12 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order by clicking the link provided in the email. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update.



Taxes & Duties

European Union (EU) Orders:

  • For orders shipped to EU countries (e.g., UK, Germany), VAT is included in the product prices.

  • You will not need to pay additional VAT upon delivery.

Orders to Other Countries:

  • For orders outside the EU, product prices do not include customs taxes or duties.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable VAT, GST, import duties, handling fees, customs clearance charges, or other related costs when the order arrives in their country.

Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Modifications: If you need to change your shipping address or modify your order, please contact our customer service immediately at support@mooueshome.com. Changes can only be made before the order enters the fulfillment process.

  • Cancellations: Orders can be canceled if they have not yet been shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled.
