Eligible purchases made after your club enrollment earn 10 points per US dollar of merchandise paid after discounts, rounded down to whole points. Shipping, tax and gift-card purchases do not earn points. Submit your order number for verification. Cancellations and refunds may reduce awarded points. Other currencies require review against the store’s USD order value.

This program is currently reviewed by our team. Submitting a request does not instantly credit points, activate a benefit or issue a reward. Approved points and issued shopping rewards appear on this page when you are signed in. If you cannot see an update, send a follow-up using the same account email.

Available points and lifetime growth points are tracked separately. Redemption reduces available points, not growth points. Refunds and corrections can affect both. Upgrades also require approved product experiences and staff confirmation. Annual renewal and downgrade rules have not been activated in this launch phase.

Record your birthday at least 30 days in advance. One birthday date correction is allowed per account. Birthday-day check-in requests may earn 100 points after verification. LV2, LV3 and LV4 may request 5×, 8× and 10× purchase points on one eligible item during the birthday month, once per year. Our team confirms the item and eligibility; refunds reverse the applicable award.

A genuine account of receiving and using a product: what worked, what did not and what could be improved. We review submissions for authenticity and useful detail. Positive, neutral and critical feedback are welcome. You do not need to post an Amazon review or any public rating. Experiences used for tier qualification must be separately approved, not repeated submissions of the same activity.

Original approved unboxing videos earn 1,000 points. Any additional view-based bonus is confirmed by the team; public posts must remain available for 30 days and disclose reward or gifted-product relationships. Social follow rewards are 20 points per supported platform, once, subject to verification and a 30-day recheck. Duplicate or unverifiable activities do not qualify.

Once our team confirms your level, member discounts apply automatically to eligible products when Shopify identifies your member account at checkout. Sign in with your member email before ordering. If your discount is missing, contact us before paying. Other benefits are requested through our team. Clearance and flash-sale products are excluded. Upgrade gifts are issued once per qualifying level. Shipping, accessories, product gifts, warranty extensions and service requests require individual approval. Existing product warranties and return rights remain in effect.

Shopping rewards start at 100 points for $1 and are issued as personal single-use discount codes; unused discount value does not carry forward. They cannot be combined with other product or order discounts and are not cash. A $50 gift card costs 5,000 points and is processed separately; gift cards are payment instruments, with different combination rules. Other extras and points + cash products are offered only when availability and terms are confirmed. Points are deducted when a redemption is processed, not when the request is submitted.
